How do I stop payment for merchandise that has been returned to a vendor because of unacceptable and inferior quality? |
| Answer: |
 |
It should be described in the warranty documents you received with the merchandise. If you used the credit card for payment, you just stop the payments and that's it. Some credit cards imply compensation for a merchandise of an improper quality, but with some terms and restrictions. For example, American Express credit cards guarantee that you will get you money back, if the vendor refuses to exchange or pay compensation for the merchandise of unsatisfactory quality within 90 days. |

Maybe, you are declined because of trying to get a credit card for which your credit score is not good enough. You have not less than bad credit, as far as I can guess, so you can apply for a credit card by First Premier bank or Orchard bank, which are known to be majoring in bad and fair credit card deals. Don't forget to update your credit report before applying for a new credit card. And it is also very important to have all your credit reports equal, as different banks may regard reports of different credit bureaus. |

In case of bad/no credit score you also have an opportunity to apply for a secured credit card. These are offered by Orchard Bank and Millenium Bank. Taking into account that you do not want to deal with Orchard Bank, the only thing left to recommend you is Black Diamond Visa or MasterCard. Please, explore our secured credit card applications. I would like to know if by chance my payment due date may be changed on my billing statment. As it stands now and because of my pay periods it always shows a paid late date and fee. I do not think I should needlessly pay for late fee payments, when I do not use the card and I am not late. |
| Answer: |
 |
The terms and conditions of a credit card may change any moment be the bank-issuer without you being notified about that. If something goes not in the way it was described in terms and conditions of the credit card you applied for, contact your bank and resolve the problem until it's too late. If your payment has turned out to be late not once, you should call the bank and make sure the precise dates. Besides, you should be attentive to pay some days earlier than pay date to avoid late payment due to delays in transactions or something like this. |

I received a finance charge on my credit card called "Periodic Rate Finance Charges". The company has been unable to give me a satisfactory explanation. They tell me it is a charge from the previous month when I was out of the country and this charge will probably appear for another month or two. What is this charge forand how is it calculated? |
| Answer: |
 |
Unfortunately, we cannot consult you on this question, as our task is to give information on various types of credit cards and help you choose the right for you card and apply for it. If you have some misunderstanding with your credit card, first study its terms and conditions more closely. If there isn't anything said about the charge, you can go to court to settle the problem or just refuse to cooperate with the credit card company. |

say i got a credit card of a limit of a $1000.00. and i purchase some thing under that limit, how would they base my payments? and how would they base my payments if i went over the limit of a $1000.00? |
| Answer: |
 |
Well, it depends on the terms and conditions of the credit card deal you make. When you apply for a credit card and you are approved, the approval is followed by a fine print where all your monthly payments are listed. But, no matter what credit limit you have, it is not recommended to go over it as it will damage your credit score. You should regularly make at least the minimum monthly payments and stay within your credit limit to keep a good credit standing. We provide you with best credit cards online, such as low APR credit cards or no fee credit cards offering you most enticing credit card deals. Mind it, before you apply for a credit card online, carefully study its terms to see if you qualify and can get instant online credit card approval. |

howe can i enter a acceptance code online, i don't see no where to put it. |
| Answer: |
 |
You don't mention what credit card you are going to activate, so I can't advise you more than just calling your bank and ask for instructions or follow the instructions given at the site. If it is one of credit cards presented at our site, you should do the following: click the link "Apply" which will redirect you to the page with an application form; there you can see something like "If you are already registered" or "If you have been apready approved" and go to one of these links. There you are supposed to find the place to enter the code. |

I am trying to get the applications for Juniper however can not doit why??? |
| Answer: |
 |
You have failed to get the applications for Juniper, it's simply because we don't have applications for this credit card company. Our web site as credit-spy.com aims at helping you to compare credit card deals from the top USA banks. So, you can apply for American Express credit cards, Advanta Bank credit cards, as well as for credit cards by First Premier bank and Orchard bank and many others. What you need to do is to study accurately the terms and conditions of all credit cards to find the credit card coinciding with your credit card history and your credit score. As far as we know, Juniper has about a good reputation as any of the large banks. Still, remember if something happens beyond your control and you can’t get applications for this or that card, you should immediately get in touch with your bank or credit card company and ask them for help. |
